State Route 43: both sides of 43 have skim
Congress Lake Rd: 1" - 2"
Palm Rd: 3" around the shore, about 60ft out it decreases to 1" - 2"
Fishing has been slow lately due to the chilly, snowy weather. There is some ice that has skimmed up on the water, but no reports of thick ice yet.
Crappie are picking up now with the cooler temperatures. We have heard success for crappie fishing with minnows and maggots for bait.
We are hearing Bass starting to pick up, with rubber worms working the best.
Bluegill are hitting on a pin min or ant tipped with a maggot or waxworm.
