Shipping
Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days. When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your selected shipping options. Estimated shipping dates may be displayed on the shipping quotes page, depending on the shipping provider you choose.
Additionally, please be aware that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight, which can be found on the item's detail page.
Return Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that all electrical components (such as Switches and Control Boards) are non-returnable if the package has been opened or installed.
You can expect your refund to be processed within four weeks after returning your package to the shipper. However, in many instances, refunds are issued more quickly. This timeframe includes the shipping time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the processing time on our end once we have it (3 to 5 business days), and the time required by your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
